Trinity College, Cambridge: The Medieval Manuscript Collection (Including Some Post-Medieval Manuscripts)
The world famous library of Trinity College, Cambridge is home of some of the greatest treasures surviving from the middle ages. The collection, which contains some fifteen hundred volumes, has been microfilmed in its entirety and will allow scholars the opportunity to explore a unique source of information on every aspect of medieval knowledge. Though manuscripts such as the Trinity Apocalypse, the Canterbury Psalter, the Winchester Psalter and a copy of St. Pauls Epistles (possibly in Bede’s own hand) stand out, it is the depth and range of Trinity’s holdings which make this collection such an indispensable resource.
The collection may be purchased as a whole, by subject section, or by individual reels. Detailed contents list available free on request.
